If your hair is damaged from heat or chemicals, it’s important to understand that transforming your hair will take time. I’ll be here to guide you through nurturing your hair back to health, but patience and consistency are key to seeing lasting results.
When your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email with instructions to prep your hair for service.

My Clear Cut policy ensures that no cutting begins until you’re completely comfortable with the plan and have agreed to the length and shape. I understand that many clients with textured hair have experienced trauma with past haircuts, so I make sure we’re both on the same page before starting.
For first-time clients, I require that your initial service includes a wash and dry, as this allows me to fully understand your curls and how they behave. After our first session together, you’ll be able to book dry cuts for future appointments.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your service without penalty. If you cancel after this time, you’ll be charged 50% of the total service cost, including your deposit.
Out of courtesy for the other stylists and guests in the salon unfortunately I am unable to allow children under 12 into the salon.
Of course! Feel free to bring a notebook or take notes during your appointment. You’ll learn a lot that will help you maintain your curls between visits, and I’m always happy to answer your questions.
Yes, I take front, back, and side photos during each appointment to keep track of your hair’s progress. If you’d prefer not to have your photos used on social media, just let me know. You can also request copies of the photos for yourself.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances, and will be credited toward the final amount of your service.
If there’s a lockdown or other emergency that prevents me from working, your appointment will be rescheduled, and your deposit will be held for the new date.
